    • Position yourself in a plank position, with your feet together and your body straight, leaning forward so that your hands are directly below your shoulders.

  2. Execution:

    • Lower your body down toward the floor by bending your elbows. Keep your core engaged and your body in a straight line throughout the movement.

    • Go as low as you can comfortably control without touching the ground.

    • Push yourself back up to the starting position by straightening your arms.

  3. Tips:

    • Focus on maintaining a stable plank position throughout the exercise.

    • Keep your elbows close to your body as you perform the pushup.

    • Control the movement both on the way down and on the way up, avoiding any sudden jerking motions.

    • Adjust the intensity of the exercise by changing the angle of your body. The more horizontal your body is to the ground, the more challenging the pushup will be.
